YOUR HEALING

I am a qualified Shiatsu practitioner, Reiki Master and Meditation Teacher of many years and strongly intuitive in working with physical pain and as importantly, the emotional, mental and energetic causes. I draw on all of these disciplines to create a healing treatment that is unique to you and that will vary at each session, depending on your needs at that time.

You will remain clothed and any touch by me is through acupressure or the holding of a body point to relieve physical pain. I will also work with your unique energy system - chakras, meridians and energy field to encourage deeper healing. This is NOT a massage......but a deeply holistic rebalancing of your being on all levels that supports your own amazing healing capabilities. 

Sometimes in life we just need a little extra help and understanding for a while to get back on track and 2-3 sessions is enough. Or commitment to regular sessions can provide much needed time out, deep tension release and a better understanding of the causes of our stress and poor health and how we may be able to make changes for improved wellbeing, joy and vitality. x
