Welcome

I'm Annabel and I have spent decades exploring, learning and experiencing what I would call ‘natural healing’ – ancient and proven systems of connecting with a person on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level to support their unique life journey. Shiatsu, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, Shamanic Healing, Meditation, Mindfulness…………all can bring physical and emotional relief, understanding, clarity, inner peace and wonder, if the person is ready for and open to their gifts. 

Alongside the learning I have also travelled through my own personal healing journey, through the seemingly endless layers of suppressed grief from losing my father in my teens and the depression that accompanied it. The profound spiritual experiences and understanding I have gained from this have shaped my life and continue to do so.  

But increasingly I have turned to nature for healing, the one thing that brings me the deepest and most profound sense of wellbeing, connection and peace. Being still, quiet, listening, feeling, observing, breathing deeply - reaching out with all senses to touch the natural world and to feel part of it on every level. The simplicity of it still amazes me!

My hope is that the experiences I offer you on this website will support you through challenges on your own life journey and help you to embrace all aspects of yourself, those known and those yet to be discovered x
